The Speed Bounce Mat is intended to test speed, agility, co-ordination and endurance. Participants jump two-footed from side to side over a 20cm high foam wedge, as many times as possible in a specified time. 100cm long base mat and wedge supplied complete with a laminated activity card. A subject's performance can easily be counted using a Pedometer (AE1480).
